POSITION SUMMARY
Ohanafy is the leading software platform built on Salesforce for the beverage industry. Our modern, end-to-end solution helps breweries, distributors, and suppliers streamline operations, boost sales, improve execution, and gain powerful insights—across CRM, Order Management, Trade Promotion, Retail Execution, and more.
We’re looking for a high-performing, strategic, and gritty Head of Sales to lead our go-to-market engine. This is not a role for a playbook-follower, it’s for a builder. You’ll be responsible for shaping our sales strategy, recruiting and managing a high-output team, closing strategic deals, and scaling revenue in a complex B2B environment. You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, and product leadership to drive alignment and momentum.
This is a player-coach position and will require actual sales experience and involvement in deals as we are still a small but growing company.

Requirements
REQUIRED
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding multi-million dollar ARR targets
- Deep experience managing and scaling inside and field sales teams
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CRM or ERP software products
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel (25–50%) as needed
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to meet growth targets.
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, from SDRs to AEs and regional leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from outbound to close—on key strategic accounts.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with marketing on pipeline generation and campaigns.
- Partner with product and CS to ensure customer feedback and success drive retention and upsell.
- Report performance metrics to the executive team and board.
- Represent Ohanafy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
