• 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise systems
• Deep Salesforce development expertise (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, etc.)
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks
• Strong experience building and maintaining API integrations and data workflows
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven ability to guide technical direction and mentor engineering talent

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable features across our Salesforce-native stack
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to turn business needs into reliable solutions
• Build integrations with third-party systems (ERP, analytics, etc.) using REST, SOAP, and streaming APIs
• Lead code reviews, technical planning, and implementation efforts across multiple product areas
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices
• Drive performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD improvements
• Support production releases and participate in the on-call rotation

• Experience working on AppExchange apps or Salesforce ISV solutions
• Background in AWS, Docker, or Cursor
• Knowledge of the beverage industry or related supply chain/logistics
• Experience with metadata-driven development or release management within Salesforce
